  • How can I get tickets?
Tickets are available online until one hour before the performance. Tickets are also available at the box office 30 minutes prior to the performance for a $3 door charge, pending availability.
  • Is it possible to purchase a ticket at a discounted rate?
Yes! PTF is committed to keeping admission to our shows accessible for everyone. There is no requirement to provide proof of income or need. To take advantage of our sliding scale admission policy, please contact PTF at
  • I purchased a ticket but can't make it to the show. May I have a refund?
Unfortunately, you may not. PTF has a no refund policy for all reservations. You are welcome to pass tickets along to somebody else. Simply have them provide your name at the door. In the event that we are forced to cancel an event due to weather, illness, etc., refunds will be offered via the platform on which they were purchased.
  • I would like to help. How can I get involved?
We are currently seeking volunteers to help with box office and concessions on show nights. Volunteers get free access to the performance, that warm fuzzy feeling, and a shout out from the stage. Email for more information about volunteer opportunities. You can also make a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible online donation to support this and future PTF festivals. And please help to spread the word on Facebook, Instagram, and in the real world!
  • What safety measures is PTF taking for COVID-19
PTF is committed to the safety of everyone involved with our events and will adhere to the existing Federal & Maine CDC guidelines during all phases of production. We anticipate mid-production changes to our COVID-19 policy in response to developments in the pandemic. All changes will be communicated via email via the Ticket Tailor platform.
  • What about accessibility needs?
Please contact PTF at to discuss any specific requests at your earliest convenience.
